An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading consultancy delivering a major procurement commission under the NEC form of contract. This prestigious role offers a chance to play a pivotal part in shaping large-scale, high-impact projects within the construction and property sectors.
The Role:
- As a Partner/Commercial Leader, you will oversee and manage the delivery of a complex procurement commission, ensuring all aspects align with the NEC framework. Working closely with a high-performing team, you will be responsible for:Leading the procurement strategy and implementation.
- Managing key stakeholder relationships and providing strategic commercial advice.
- Ensuring the delivery of commercial and financial outcomes in line with project objectives.
- Supporting pre-contract and post-contract stages, including cost planning, tender evaluations, and risk management.
About You:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Lead, at a senior level.
- Proven track record of working with the NEC form of contract.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Extensive experience of procurement, negotiations and commercial risk.
